We are not here only to change our anger, or the things we have done that have hurt others, or the pain we have put in other people’s lives. We are here to understand that it is through actions like these that we create a void in ourselves that the Light cannot enter. When we really realize this point and take responsibility for our own inner void, we can draw an immense amount of stability, consciousness and Light into our lives. Today, take a few minutes to reflect on this concept. Then when you are ready, you can ask the Creator something like this: “I no longer want to see negativity as something outside myself, but rather, I want to get to the consciousness that everything that I do creates my own negativity, my own disease, my own suffering, my own pain. These are all caused by me alone and by how I act towards the outside world.” If we can really absorb this idea, then we can change a great deal of the negativity that surrounds us and permeates the world Read More
Whether we have been on the path of spirituality for a day or for years, we still all have moments when we forget to share, when we get caught up in the illusion that is the material world. For all of us, there are days when we ask ourselves, “Where did my spirituality go?” A more productive question to ask ourselves from time to time is this: “What if today were the last day of my life? What would I do with it?” Suddenly, many of the things we worry about would become far less important, I’m guessing. So imagine it is your last day. How would you treat those you love? How would you treat strangers around you? This week is a time to try to establish a “direct line” to the Light—a union between the Light force and ourselves—because as long as we are breathing, we have work to do in this world. Read More
Every single person on this earth is a world unto him- or herself, but each of us also has a sphere of influence that includes our family, nuclear and extended, as well as our friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. In fact, an individual person can affect the lives of 20, 30, 40—and now with the Internet—even hundreds and thousands of people. As we all head into the New Year, let’s each take a minute to think about our personal sphere of influence. How far does it extend? Who is included in it? Most importantly, are we influencing those people in our sphere for the positive? What changes can we make in our daily life to enhance the lives of those around us? How we affect our families, associates, business partners, and friends is an indication of our own spiritual growth. This year, may we all grow closer to manifesting our potential in this world. Wishing you and yours a happy and healthy 2014. Love and Light, Karen Read More

In the midst of such chaos in my life, I have been able to find peace through studying Kabbalah. Without any doubts whatsoever, I would highly recommend anyone to call. I am so thankful for The Kabbalah Centre, because it has made all the difference in my spiritual growth and development.

Kabbalah is the best gift I have had this year. But it did not come easy. It is a result of a lot of hard, focused, and disciplined work my teacher guided me through. Often I had to go out of my comfort zone to apply the tools. But the satisfaction and confidence I now feel is indescribable.

Now I look back and question what exactly I did and how I managed without these teachings in my life.
